As Spring approaches, the first deciduous greens to appear are the briars or brambles. They are everywhere.....from ground to hanging over branches.As I took a piece from one of the shrubs growing, I came across these two lonely berries. I didn't know briars produced berries. Bet the birds love them and why I couldn't find others around.
With my moving out to the country, I'm coming across and learning so many new things. And it's so peaceful!
